Welcome To Tressleworks Minimize

Welcome to TressleWorks - working to bridge the gap!

TressleWorks main focus is the development of tools for the DotNetNuke world and the associated spin-offs.
This site is the new home for SQLGridSelectedView and other DotNetNuke Modules

As of May 1st, 2008 Tressleworks.ca has implemented a subscription plan for access to current downloads.  Access to the previously free modules still exist and you can download these modules for free.

I have added a blog and forum to detail what is happening at TressleWorks and the various module supported by the site. Please check it out!

Enjoy,

New Version of SGSV Released - V5.8 - posted Saturday, July 10, 2010

Highlights of V5.8:
  • ONCHANGE Style Expression
    • Changes the applied CSS Class when a column value changes. Very useful for blocks of like rows

  • Column Display Order added
    • Useful when working with defined Store procedures
    • Can be used to eliminate columns from display

  • Column Format Helper added
    • When enabled will populate the Format styles for the defined select or stored procedure
    • Will convert column name into friendly names with spaces - CustomerName becomes Customer Name

  • Query parameter cached for later use
    • Will cache value for 10 minutes - if query parameter missing on next visit, will check in cache for value

  • Edit record can be disabled even for people in the appropriate row
    • If the CRUD query parameter is present in url, will validate if record edit is possible

  • User can enable DropDown Selection to force a post back
    • Very helpful if only a single fitler criteria is present on the form
Lastly, the User manual has be expanded and is now 90 pages.

Enjoy!
