Hello all...

If you are reading this post, you are probably wondering why you do not have access to the modules.  Here is what is going on.

Once you had completed your payment via Paypal, you are returned to the site.  Meanwhile,  in the background, Paypal is notifying the site that the transaction has completed successfully (or not) .   Typically this occurs almost at the same time ... but typically the notification is AFTER you have been transfered back  to Tressleworks.

You are returned to the same place you were before with the same environment, however in the background you access has changed with the notification from Paypal.  Or will change with a few minutes once PayPal does inform Tressleworks...

Here is the issue, you MUST logout and sign back in to reset you enviroment that will include the new access rights (new role) that will allow you to download the modules.  This especially true if you checked the remember me box on sign-in.

Another complication is my site is not that busy, so parts of my application will be "asleep" so when processing a subscription, processing can be sluggish.  That will be true of the PayPal background processor too.  So this can add some delay.    Currently, I get one to two subscriptions per week...

So, if you do not have the Download tab on the main menu, I would logout and return in about 10 to 20 minutes.  Currently,  the subscription process had worked every time as expected.  An by the time I respond to a E-mail asking "what's wrong" all is working with no intervention on my part.

So please give the process some time to complete and try again after a few minutes.

However if you still beleive there is a problem, send me a note via the feedback on the home page and I will glad check it out.

Thanks for your support and for subscribing
Paul.
